The Healt & Social Services Ombudsman offers advice and guidance about patients and users rights in the health and social services sector. We have an obligation of confidentiality, and you have the right to maintain anonymity when approaching us. We are not an appeals body, but can help to formulate guestions and appeals and forward them to the correct agency.
